About Us

We're Steps To Recovery Inc, and we've been a premier recovery center in New Port Richey, FL, since 2006. We are a non-profit 501(C)3 organization that specializes in veterans, recovery, transitional housing, After Care, and Continuum of Care. We provide services and programs for the homeless, disabled, and veterans. Our goal is to provide services that promote healing, foster change, and nurture growth. We Partner with the VA, Pasco County, DOJ, FDOT, ST Vincent DePaul, and numerous Veterans Organizations in the surrounding areas to continue providing a caring recovery experience. Our Story

Steps to Recovery is a compassionate and dedicated support system that stands alongside individuals on their personal path to healing. Our esteemed founder and current owner, Marilyn, established Steps in 2006 with a profound motivation to aid veterans and the homeless in overcoming substance abuse issues, drawing from her own experiences as a nurse. Regardless of whether you are embarking on your recovery journey for the first time, recommitting to it, navigating challenging transitions, coping with trauma, battling mental health concerns, combating substance abuse, facing disabilities, or enduring homelessness, we warmly welcome you to be part of our community as you rediscover and embrace your truest self. Within our nurturing environment, we strive to provide a secure and supportive space for your individual healing process.

At Steps to Recovery, we take pride in fostering a sense of family and camaraderie. Every member of our dedicated staff, whether a veteran or someone with personal experience in recovery, understands the challenges our patients face. With this unique insight, we are able to offer expert advice and guidance, as we have personally traversed similar paths.
